Please note that processing time can take up to 14 days before shipment. Orders shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates:

We charge a standard flat rate of $6.95 for all purchases below $85. Free shipping for all U.S. orders over $85. 

Shipping methods:

USPS Flat Rate    3-7 days
USPS Priority    2-3 days

USPS expected delivery can vary depending on a number of factors such as the type of mail service used, the distance the package is traveling, and any unforeseen delays. In general, USPS provides estimated delivery dates based on their delivery standards, but these dates are not guaranteed. It’s important to keep in mind that unexpected events such as weather, transportation issues, or high mail volume can impact the accuracy of expected delivery dates.

Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the information to update, before tracking information is visible. 
Please keep in mind that we cannot take responsibility if the order isn't delivered due to an incorrect address or if the recipient refuses/forwards it.

Insured Package:

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages that are not insured. All USPS Priority Mail over $85 will be insured with delivery signature confirmation. For our Flat Rate, if you wish to insured your package please do contact us. Please understand we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility. In such case of a lost/stolen package we will gladly help you get in contact with USPS to file a claim.
